Come celebrate and give thanks to the good earth, our farmers and the cycle of the seasons at the CERES 2013 Harvest Festival on Saturday 23rd March. Everyone is welcome! Entry is free.
Join in the heart-felt celebrations of our supply of wondrous food, learn more about the ‘seed to feed’ cycle and participate in a real country-fair in the city!
Entertainment
CERES Harvest Festival offers a range of entertainment with live music, performance, free workshops, free-range animal displays and kids activities. All this alongside craft and food stalls from our most loved local merchants.

Cake Baking, Home Produce & Preserves Competition
Attention all hard-working home gardeners and aspiring home chefs. Come and join us for some friendly community competition.
We've expanded our famous cake competition (judged by Betty Burgess from the Country Women's Association), to include home produce and preserves. Our expert judges will select the best of the best cakes, slices, biscuits, home grown produce and preserves across all nine categories with great prizes for all winners.
Slices of all cakes will be available to buy on the day.

Food
A Harvest Festival would never be complete without an abundance of delicious food. CERES Café will be serving a variety of festival friendly, easy to eat surprises. Other takeaway food stalls include:

Harvest Happy Hour 4-6pm will include drink specials at the CERES Bar.
CERES Harvest Twilight Community Dinner
What better way to end the day's festivities, then by joining us at our Harvest Twilight Community Dinner.
We invite you to come and share in the season's bounty! Listen to some live acoustic tunes as you enjoy a 3 course organic feast prepared by our 7 Stars team.

There will also be delicious organic drinks available from the bar.
