CERES Venues
Choose from a range of beautiful venues at CERES including: Cafe Marquee  CERES fabulous Café is a regular party space where many budding relationships have blossomed. Surrounded by beautiful citrus, native and willow trees, a natural amphitheatre with great acoustics and even a children’s playground nearby, the Café has it all. The Café Marquee is a sheltered outdoor space, for up to 70 people seated for dinner as is, or up to 100 people with additional marquee hire. Village Green  With beautiful green grass all year round, watered by a subsurface irrigation system that is the final step in the Water Trail and the first place for large gatherings. The Village Green has hosted many legendary festivals, parties and weddings. The Village Green is an open outdoor space with a sheltered stage, for up to 500 people. Party under the stars or hire a marquee for additional shelter. The Global Village   Feel connected to our rich indigenous history in the Namalata Willem, be transported to a rural village in Indonesia, Africa or India – CERES Global Villages are unique cultural eclectic spaces. A partly sheltered outdoor space, for up to 120 people, additional marquee can be hired. Venue hire rates Rates of hire for the use of one venue is $660 and $1200 + gst for two. You can hire any space all day until 11pm, subject to availability, price excludes catering. Indoor Spaces We also have two indoor spaces or meeting rooms for hire: Environmental Room: an indoor meeting room, holds up to 50 people. Facilities include: 2 toilets, 30 chairs, 2 tables, whiteboard, urn, sink, crockery. Available weekdays after 4pm, weekends 9am-11pm. Training Room: a small indoor meeting room. Facilities include: a large table, 15 chairs, whiteboard, sink and limited crockery, 4 toilets. Available weekdays after 4pm, weekends 9am-11pm. Cost for indoor space hire: $55/$33 (conc.) per hour, $110/$66 2-5hrs $220 / $110 per “day” a $50 safety deposit required (cash only). Become a CERES Member and Save! CERES Members receive a 10% for their booking and special rates for room hire. There is even more! CERES can also provide additional services such as activities for kids birthday parties, Hire of bbqs and other event infrastructure, site tours, event management and entertainment booking.
