A step by step
guide to booking your Incursion!
Step 1.
Choose
One or more of the activities from the CERES Incursions
Brochure or website.
Step 2. Plan
Your Day
All activities run
for 90 minutes (except for Yarra Valley Water All About
Water presentation). Maximum class size is 30 students
per session.
Session costs start
from $300 per session. Minimum booking cost is $600.
(Travel costs additional to urban fringe and remote schools).
10 minutes class change
over time is required between each session. Facilitators
cannot move rooms between sessions. CERES
staff will arrive up to 60 minutes prior to the first session
and will require access to the allocated teaching space
at this time to set up.
Step
3. Choose
Date Once activities have been selected,
please check your school calendar and choose 3 suitable
dates available for your booking. Minimum of 3
weeks notice is required.
Step
4. Contact
CERES! After completing steps
1 – 3, please fill in our online Expression of
Interest form and submit your details.
This will
be sent directly to our bookings coordinator's mailbox.
Step
5. Confirm
Booking! You will be contacted
by the Incursions bookings co-ordinator to further discuss
and confirm your booking*. Details of what equipment
the school is required to provide will be on the booking
confirmation letter.
* The booking
will not be confirmed until both the school and CERES
have confirmed availability.
The Incursion lent
itself very well and complemented other activities
forming a great platform for further teaching
and learning opportunities. Thank you for your

Thank

[4Rs + worms] has been appropriate and adjusted
