Excursion Programs
CERES Environment Park offers an innovative range of educational programs for school and community groups of all ages. The activities are conducted in the inspiring setting of a successful and sustainable urban village. A hands-on and interactive approach is adopted, while taking advantage of the diverse displays and functional demonstrations found across the site. These include the Ecohouse, Energy Park (renewable energy technology), grey water systems, permaculture market gardens and cultural villages.

Waste Free Lunch
Visitors to CERES are requested to be waste-free – not bringing or creating any rubbish during their trip. Your booking confirmation letter will contain more information.

Wheelchair Access
We are working towards full wheelchair access across CERES. We recommend that all visitors using wheelchairs are accompanied by a support person as some parts of the site have difficult surfaces; gravel, inclines, sand, muddy after rain. There are wheelchair accessible toilets at CERES. Please alert our Bookings staff if there will be visitors in wheelchairs with your group.

‘CERES is a ‘must see’…Children were thoroughly absorbed in ‘hands on’ activities, right in the heart of the city! A hidden treasure!!’
