The collectively run Melbourne Uni Food Co-op, sells both lunch foods & all bulk products (rice, beans, shampoo, spice, nuts). All products are vegan/vegetarian and are chosen with their nutritional properties, their delicious taste, environmental impact & social connections in mind. This is why you are asked to bring bottles, jars and re-useable bags for the bulk produce. Both members and non-members are welcome to shop here. The prices are reasonable but if you want 20% off your purchases become a member and work for a couple of hours a week there & participate in the collective meetings.
