Stallholders Responsibility & Rights

It is the responsibility of the stallholder to ensure they conform to any Australian standards pertaining to their product.

Copying the ideas and work of other stallholders may be in breach of creative copyright and is not in the spirit of the festival. Any grievances must be in writing.

Stallholders are responsible for leaving their site and surrounding area clean and tidy. Boxes and rubbish must be removed from stall area.

Stallholders must confine and secure their display and signs to the stall site and keep pathways clear for patrons.

Stallholders' own umbrellas, gazebos, tables and covers must be secure at all times.

Packaging of stallholders products must be environmentally friendly – no new plastic bags please.

In the interest of health and safety no dogs are permitted to enter the food market selling area. Dogs on site are to be on leads at all times.

No gas or electrical appliances to be used.

No smoking is permitted within the Food, Farm, Craft and Market areas. Smoking is permitted in Energy Park area, past the nursery. Please dispose of butts thoughtfully.

 

CERES Responsibility & Rights

CERES accepts no responsibility for adverse weather and no refunds will be given for this reason.

CERES accepts no responsibility for damages to persons or goods as a result of stalls or their products. The stallholder is responsible for injury to any 3rd party as a result of their stall, themselves or their products. CERES encourages stallholders to take out their own insurance. CERES public liability does not cover Autumn Harvest Festival stallholders.

CERES has the right to withdraw the right to trade of any stallholder if they are in dispute with CERES or any persons. CERES has a Conflict Resolution procedure available for stallholders to undertake if they are unhappy with decisions made.

CERES has the right to reject any stallholder whom they believe does not comply with the stated regulations.
