This role is for a highly skilled team-player to work in a small self-directed team reporting to the CERES Volunteer Coordinator.

The team has the task of building and holding a relationship 'bridge' between the Northern Sustainability Hub - Volunteer Bridging Project at CERES and less prominent community not-for-profit organisations. 

These organisations have dedicated local sustainability projects (refelcting CERES Core Values) and have been identified for a 'pilot', receiving high-skilled volunteers for their projects from the Volunteer Bridging Project based at CERES (in its role as the Northern Sustainability Hub).

The key project objective is to empower local communities to become more sustainable and use high-skilled volunteers to facilitate rapid change toward sustainability and social equity.
