Kingfisher Festival Saturday 28th November - Induction and OH&S Coordinators

Number of volunteers per shift - festival day:
- Induction and OHS Coordinator 2.00PM – 5.00PM – 1 Volunteer
- Induction and OHS Coordinator 5.00PM – 8.00PM – 1 Volunteer
Objectives : Ensuring proper general induction for gate and bar volunteers prior to their shifts
Specific tasks and duties:
- Provide general induction to volunteers (welcome, location and facilities, team leaders etc.)
- Run through visual induction for gate respectively bar staff positions
- Stationed at the volunteer training room to meet and greet and induct with processes and procedures and OHs then handover to Assistant Volunteer coordinators who take them to their shift and introduce to bar or gate manager

Training : An induction for this role will take place a week before the festival at CERES Café (exact date and time to be announced)
Fitness level required : No particular physical fitness level required. Position is indoors, seating provided.
Skills/experience : Friendly attitude, good communication skills, confidence to talk in front of a small group of people
