THE VILLAGE PAVILION

An rustic, sheltered timber pavilion surrounded by nature in the heart of our Village area. Easy access to the Village Green makes it a popular combination for weddings, small festivals and celebrations.

Capacity

Up to 50 people.
When combined with the Village Green and The Grove, capacity rises to 150 people.

Events with over 50 people or higher support requirements are considered ‘Special Events’ which require a CERES staff member to act as a Venue Supervisor at an additional cost to the hirer. Learn more about ‘Special Events’.

Pricing

$200 half-day, $500 full day

Half-day sessions:
Morning session (9am – 1pm)
Afternoon session (2pm – 6pm)

Booking times are inclusive of setup and pack down.

Facilities

– Split level floor plan, the smaller half is unfenced and makes a great stage.
– Power access including 15 amp.
– Bench top and sink facilities.
– Festoon lights.

Extras

– Catering for children’s birthdays will be available soon – watch this space.
– Tables & chairs available to hire for larger events(pictured above).
– Public Address System may be rented if available. Includes speakers, mixer & microphone.

LOCATION

The Village Pavilion is located in the centre of the Village Area at the back of the park. It’s central location, close to the Terra Wonder Play space, The Village Green and The Grove make it a great fit for many different types of events. The closest entrance is on foot from the Merri Creek travelling north, the closest parking can be found on Lee Street. There is no car access within CERES, so all supplies need to be brought in on foot. Special Events with a CERES Venue Supervisor have the added benefit of vehicle access to the venue.
